Learning Resources
|
Besides the usual P3 to P6 school textbooks and activity books, students are encouraged to make their own Science notes. They will also gain useful knowledge by subscribing to Science Magazines. For those students who are not good at making notes, having one or two good Science Guidebooks will definitely help them when they need a book that contains all the information they need. Specialised Science portals or other educational portals with Science resources will also help to spur their interest in Science. Watching documentaries and Science related TV programmes will help them to answer questions that require them to apply the concepts that they have learnt. Working on Science kits that enable them to do Science experiments and investigations will also help to relate what they have learnt. Instead of going for a movie, arrange for a family trip to the outdoor as students will get to experience and see their textbooks come alive during outdoor learning.
